Abundant clusters of small, fragrant white flowers in midsummer. A vigorous grower, give it room to spread. Not suited to small spaces. It will thrive and bloom even in shade. Blooms on the current year’s growth; if pruning, prune after flowering or in late winter. Attracts butterflies, hummingbirds and bees. Provides cover and nesting habitat for birds.
