A well-behaved goldenrod for your garden! This clumping perennial won’t take over like many other goldenrods. Blooms in the fall, helping to extend the season for pollinators. Pairs well with asters and Eupatoriums. The leaves and dried flowers can be used to make a tea. Tolerates poor soils and sandy soils. Many people think goldenrods are to blame for seasonal allergies, but that’s a myth! Goldenrods have sticky pollen that is transported by insects and cannot go airborne, so don’t miss out on these important fall-bloomers.
