Tall, semi-evergreen shrub with graceful, arching branches. Long tassels of fragrant white flowers bloom for a long time. Best flowering occurs with 4 hours of sun a day. Leaves turn red to purple in the fall and persist well into winter. Flowers attract butterflies and other pollinators, as well as hummingbirds. Birds eat the seeds. 10″ Treepot
